Jonathan Sessions

A Columbia native and University of Missouri graduate with a degree in music and elementary education. With Byron Molix, he is the co-owner and co-founder of Tech 2, a consulting firm for computer and technology integration. Before opening Tech 2, Jonathan provided higher-education retail marketing services for Apple and local Apple affiliates. As a Tech 2 guy, he spends his time solving technology problems that range from fishing cable through walls to exploring interoperability considerations with clients who need multiple computer operating systems.

Jonathan was the Electrical Operations manager on the 2008 Roots ā€˜N’ Blues ā€˜N’ BBQ Steering Committee. He teaches at the Columbia Area Career Center and has a regular technology column in the Columbia Business Times. He serves on the Board of the Mid-Missouri chapter of the American Advertising Federation and on the City of Columbia’s Internet Citizen’s Advisory Group. He is the Youth Choir Director at First Presbyterian Church and the Director of Youth Ministries at Calvary Episcopal Church where he also performs with the Agape Bell Choir. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys dismantling nearby electronics, and learning the banjo.
