Welcome to the new JonathanSessions.com.  I’ve been working hard over the past week to get this site online.  I want to thank Brian for the new design, I think it’s great.  Check out his site and the idea collective at The Found Dog.

I’ve been republishing my CBT articles on JonathanSessions.com, but now the site will be much more active, with commentary on technology, tech tips, going-ons about town, and general rants and raves.  I hope you will find the site to be not only useful, but entertaining.  Well my clock just skipped an hour, so I’m going to check out for the day.  Talk to you soon.
